Syria, Turkey and Armenian Genocide

My name is Athena in arms, because education is my shield and the word is my weapon. The word is Life that can save your Life. Silence is death. For three days I am arguing with a lot of Turkish militarists who accuse Israel of provoking war in Syria.

A friend told me: "You're very crazy ... go down to the ground and stop bothering yourself." On land I was stranded for about a year. As Argentina I do not want my words to be confused. This election year, my country faces on two sides. I do not want to favor any of them. I have been studying and working to leave a testimony of this time. I want to be a balanced, responsible observer and builder of the future. Respect for the Law and Human Rights is everything to me. I was stranded writing neutral articles, cultivating the Concord in my Argentina and I do not regret that decision.

Now, I'm going to take flight like the owl of Athena. I will write about Israel, about Turkey and about Syria. That is my duty. Militarism will end all that Humanity loves if we continue to allow us to rewrite the past. I told my Turkish friends, I hope they remain my friends, for the fourth time that the Armenian Genocide is real. . .

 The Armenian genocide is real and I will not let them silence it and do what they want in Syria. I already cried for Syria in 2012 and I can't forget that. Everyone knows about war crimes. Some groups in Turkey accuse Israel and the Christian nations. That is a feverish tale.

The fight between Saudi Arabia and Iran for control of the Islamic world has nothing to do with Israel. In Syria, the Israelites have nothing to do with it. The terrible thing is that the third world war is just around the corner. Militarism will destroy everything if we allow it.

A friend, whom I considered my brother, told me: "You are still a Zionist dog." Come on, I'm Catholic and Isis wouldn't let me live for five minutes because I won't give up on Christ. And my interpretation of Christ makes me love Life and reject all kinds of violence.

I pray for Peace and as for Israel, I am going to defend Israel from anti-Semitism. As always, brother, I will defend Israel. The first Love is sacred and yes, maybe you're right. If asking that there is Peace throughout the world and that we share the planet is Zionism, I am still a Zionist dog.

Someone has to write the books. I get two words together and listen to everyone and try to make them listen to each other. I was on the ground for a year, they will soon read me on blogs. In addition, Turkish historians are so macho that they deserve me, even if it is a little reality in the voice of a woman. They deserve more. . .but at least that, as Julio Cortazar would say.

Siria, Turquía y el Genocidio Armenio

Mi nombre es Atenea en armas, porque la educación es mi escudo y la palabra es mi arma. La palabra es Vida que puede salvar tu Vida. El silencio es la muerte. Desde hace tres días estoy discutiendo con un montón de militaristas turcos que acusan a Israel de provocar la guerra en Siria.

Una amiga me dijo: “Estas muy loca...baja a tierra y déjate de joder”. En tierra estuve varada más o menos un año. Como Argentina no quiero que mis palabras se confundan. Este año electoral, mi país se enfrenta en dos bandos. Yo no quiero favorecer a ninguno de ellos. He estado estudiando y trabajando para dejar un testimonio de este tiempo. Quiero ser un observador equilibrado, responsable y constructor del futuro. El respeto a la Ley y a los Derechos Humanos lo es todo para mi. Estuve varada escribiendo artículos neutrales, cultivando la Concordia en mi Argentina y no me arrepiento de esa decisión.

Ahora, voy a tomar vuelo como la lechuza de Atenea. Voy a escribir sobre Israel, sobre Turquía y sobre Siria. Ese es mi deber. El militarismo acabará con todo lo que la Humanidad ama si seguimos permitiendo que nos reescriban el pasado. Les dije a mis amigos turcos, espero que sigan siendo mis amigos, por cuarta vez que el Genocidio Armenio es real. . .

 El genocidio armenio es real y no voy a dejar que lo silencien y hagan lo que quieran en Siria. Yo ya lloraba por Siria en 2012 y eso no lo puedo olvidar. Todos saben de los crímenes de guerra. Algunos grupos en Turquía acusan a Israel y a las naciones cristianas. Eso es un cuento afiebrado.

La lucha entre Arabia Saudita e Irán por el control del mundo islámico no tiene nada que ver con Israel. En Siria no tienen nada que ver los israelitas. Lo terrible es que la tercera guerra mundial está a la vuelta de la esquina. El militarismo lo va a destruir todo si se lo permitimos.

Un amigo, a quien consideré mi hermano, me dijo: “seguís siendo una perra sionista”. Vamos, soy católica e isis no me dejaría vivir ni cinco minutos porque no renunciaré a Cristo. Y mi interpretación de Cristo me hace amar la Vida y rechazar todo tipo de violencia.

Rezo por la Paz  y en cuanto a Israel, yo voy a defender a Israel del antisemitismo. Como siempre hermano, yo defenderé a Israel. El primer Amor es sagrado y si, tal vez tengas razón. Si pedir que exista la Paz en todo el mundo y que compartamos el planeta es sionismo, yo sigo siendo una perra sionista

Alguien tiene que escribir los libros. Yo se juntar dos palabras y se escuchar a todos y trato de hacer que se escuchen unos a otros. En tierra estuve un año, pronto me leerán en los blogs. Además, los historiadores turcos son tan machistas que me merecen, aunque sea un poquito de realidad en la voz de una mujer.  Se merecen más. . .pero por lo menos eso, como diría Julio Cortazar.

Vamos a vivir, pensar, hablar y rezar juntos y a buscar juntos las respuestas que nos lleven a la Paz.

Al Kindi, Arab philosopher of the Middle Ages

Al Kindi, the first famous Muslim philosopher, lived during the ninth century, in Basra and in Baghdad. His life coincided with the cultural heyday of the city of a Thousand and One Nights in which he worked on the translations entrusted to him by the Caliphs.

He was an encyclopedist of all the knowledge of Greek such as arithmetic, geometry, astronomy, optics, music, medicine, logic and psychology. What my students call; "A Cappo, man." 

Al Kindi wrote the commentary to the first eight chapters of Ptolemy's Almagest: Book on the major art in which he exposes the achievements of Greek scientists in their search for truth.

In addition, Al Kindi wrote about the books of Aristotle in which he incorporates distant thoughts of Islam because he considered philosophy as a knowledge consistent with the revealed truth, thus continuing the Neoplatonic tradition.

He considered reason as the source of knowledge that settled in the soul and in reasoning. Al Kindi was the first Muslim philosopher to try to relate philosophy and science.

In his work on the first philosophy he maintained that; "The knowledge of the true nature of things is included the knowledge of divinity, the knowledge of the uniqueness of God and the knowledge of virtue And, in addition, a complete knowledge of all that is useful."

It happens that, Al Kindi believed that the understanding is always in action being as an intelligence or spiritual substance distinct from the soul, superior to it to become "intelligence in the act."

The philosopher sustained the "existence of two worlds." One of them was the intelligible world and the other the sensitive. One would be a mere shadow and reflection of the other. Al Kindi was born to heaven in 873.
