Reading Archeology: The Book of Imaginary Beings according to Jorge Luis Borges.

To finish the holidays nothing better than reading for pleasure. In this summer 2020 I decide on the classic. The Book of Imaginary Beings, written by Jorge Luis Borges with the collaboration of Margarita Guerrero, is the chosen one.

This wonderful work was published in its first edition with the title of "Manual of Fantastic Zoology" by the Fund of Economic Culture, Mexico 1957. The copy enjoyed by me was published by Emecé Editores in Buenos Aires in 1978.
The book has 217 pages. Gather a series of fantastic beings and creatures, with the splendid description Borges makes of each of them.
An extraordinary journey through the history of human beliefs, Ideal for reading with children.
